The Neepawa Titans are very happy to announce two career progressions within our coaching staff.
Ken Pearson will advance to the position of Director of Business and Hockey Operations, maintaining his role as Head Coach and GM while adding responsibility for managing the marketing and financial aspirations of the team.
Zak Hicks will advance to the position of Associate Coach adding responsibilities for player preparedness and developmental growth.
Zak will be responsible for the development of practice plans, review of game footage for both team and player coaching opportunities and will be responsible for maintaining active communication of practice plans with team management and YHC staff. Zak will also work with Ken to ensure that the team is very active in the community.

We made great strides forward with our brand and have both momentum and a great core of players going into the 2024/25 season. Having Kenny stay in the captain’s chair and transition some of his time to the marketing and finances of the team while Zak increases his coaching responsibilities is critical to maintaining momentum and building a long term sustainable program in Neepawa.” said Jamie Denbow, Team President. “I look forward to an exciting next 2 years and look forward to seeing all the fans that enjoyed playoff hockey in March and April back in the stands in September.”
